1. Handcrafted Product Nature & Artisanal Variations

Every product in the Aura of Aabha collection—including our sculpted daisies, blooming roses, concrete lotus vessels, decorative urlis, and soy wax jar candles—is individually hand-poured, finished, and packaged with painstaking care.

• Natural Characteristics: Slight variations in color tones, petal contour, surface texture, and candle finish are intrinsic to handmade artisanal craftsmanship and natural soy wax blends. These subtle distinctions are celebrated hallmarks of individual artistry, not manufacturing defects.
• Fragrance Performance: Scent throw and diffusion intensity can vary naturally based on room volume, airflow, room temperature, and burning environment.
• Botanical & Concrete Details: Hand-cast concrete vessels, coasters, and floral accents may exhibit microscopic air bubbles, organic mineral textures, and slight tonal gradations unique to hand-molded casting.

2. Pricing, Invoicing & GST Compliance

All prices listed on our digital catalogue, product showcase, and social media channels are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).

• Applicable Taxes: Invoices are raised in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws of India under registered GSTIN 27AIYPG8090Q2Z0. Product prices clearly indicate applicable tax inclusions.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to revise catalog prices without prior notice based on raw material costs, wax imports, or packaging enhancements; however, confirmed orders with received payments will always be honored at the agreed rate.
• Shipping Rates: Delivery and transit charges are calculated transparently based on volumetric weight and destination pincode and are communicated to the customer prior to final payment.

3. Order Placement, Customisation & Payment Terms

Orders may be placed through our integrated website bag selection, direct WhatsApp enquiry hotline (+91 91564 57579), or written email correspondence.

• Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of full payment through authorized digital payment modes, including verified UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), or official digital payment links.
• Custom & Bulk Orders: Customised festive hampers, bespoke floral arrangements, and corporate bulk gifting orders require formal confirmation and advance payment before manufacturing commences. Production timelines are mutually agreed upon during enquiry.
• Stock Availability: All catalogue offerings are subject to availability. In the rare event of raw material stockouts or unexpected delays, customers will be contacted immediately with options for an alternate design or a full, immediate refund.

4. Essential Candle Safety & Usage Instructions

To guarantee the safest experience and maximize the longevity and fragrance performance of your candles, customers agree to observe the following manufacturer guidelines:

• Constant Supervision: Always burn candles within sight. Never leave a burning candle unattended, even for short intervals.
• Safe Placement: Keep burning candles away from drafts, ceiling fans, curtains, bed linens, paper, flammable decor, children, and pets.
• Heat-Resistant Surface: Always place your candle on a stable, heat-tolerant surface or protective concrete coaster. Do not place directly on polished wooden or unvarnished surfaces.
• Wick Maintenance: Trim the cotton wick to 1/4 inch (6mm) before every burn to prevent soot accumulation, flickering, and uneven pooling.
• Burn Duration: Never burn a candle for more than 4 consecutive hours. Allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges of the jar on the first burn to prevent tunnelling.
• End of Life: Discontinue use when 1/2 inch (12mm) of unmelted wax remains at the bottom of the container to prevent thermal stress on glass or concrete vessels.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, brand names ("Aura of Aabha", "AOA"), original product designs, studio photography, editorial imagery, digital catalogues, graphics, and website source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Aura of Aabha / NEXORA GLOBAL.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, photographically mirror, or commercially exploit any content from this website without explicit, written permission from the brand ownership.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable Indian law, Aura of Aabha and its parent firm NEXORA GLOBAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the misuse, improper burning, unattended usage, or failure to follow the printed safety instructions on our candle packaging.

In all circumstances, our maximum financial liability to any customer for any claim, dispute, or non-performance is strictly limited to the total monetary amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or order in dispute.

7. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any commercial agreements or transactions entered into through this website shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, our products, or customer transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having civil jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
