1. Pan-India Delivery Coverage

We partner with premier national logistics and express courier networks (including Delhivery, Shiprocket, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post) to deliver across more than 26,000+ serviceable postal pincodes throughout the length and breadth of India.

Whether you require delivery to a metro city, a coastal town, or a regional district, our dispatch desk monitors each parcel until it safely reaches your hands.

2. Order Processing & Handcrafting Timelines

Because our candles are not mass-produced industrial commodities, our preparation involves meticulous artisan care and quality inspection:

• Catalogue Collection (In-Stock Items): Orders for standard catalogue items (e.g., daisy sets, bubble candles, bell jars, single tealights) are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days following payment confirmation.
• Handcrafted Urlis, Custom Scents & Gift Sets: Elaborate botanical arrangements (such as our Bloom & Glow Urli, Rose Urli, and multi-tier Diwali gift boxes) require fresh hand-pouring and curing. These are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days.
• Corporate & Bulk Orders: Custom gift hampers for weddings, corporate celebrations, or client appreciation are scheduled according to the bespoke manufacturing timeline agreed upon during quotation.
• Please note: Sundays, National Holidays, and State Gazetted Holidays are non-operational days for our workshop and courier hubs and are excluded from processing calculations.

3. Estimated Transit & Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been carefully packaged and handed over to the courier partner, estimated transit durations are as follows:

• Pune & Mumbai Metropolitan Region: 2 to 3 business days post-dispatch.
• Maharashtra & Neighbouring Western States: 3 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
• Tier 1 Metro Cities (Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 4 to 6 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities, North-East & Regional Pincodes): 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
• External Transit Delays: While our courier partners adhere strictly to SLA timelines, occasional delays may occur due to adverse weather events, festive logistical congestion (e.g., Diwali peak), or regional transit restrictions beyond our reasonable control. We proactively assist customers in expediting stranded shipments.

4. Fragile Packaging & Shock-Protection Standards

Wax, glass, and concrete are sensitive to thermal exposure and transit vibration. We have developed a proprietary multi-layer packaging protocol engineered to withstand rigorous transit conditions:

• Individual Cushioning: Each candle is individually swaddled in multi-layer bubble cushioning or eco-friendly honeycomb wrap.
• Thermal Shielding: Scented wax items are insulated to shield against extreme temperature fluctuations during transportation.
• Impact Partitioning: Jars and urlis are fitted into custom corrugated inner dividers to eliminate internal movement and friction.
• Reinforced Outer Cartons: Heavy-duty 5-ply corrugated master cartons sealed with security tape and bold Fragile: Handle With Care markers.

5. Shipping Charges & Calculation

Shipping charges are computed based on actual package weight, volumetric dimension, and the destination pincode zone:

• Shipping costs are calculated transparently and disclosed to the customer on WhatsApp / checkout before payment confirmation.
• From time to time, Aura of Aabha may introduce limited-period promotional Free Shipping offers on qualifying cart order values.

6. Consignment Tracking & Delivery Protocols

Complete transparency from dispatch to doorstep:

• Live Tracking: Immediately upon parcel pickup by the courier, an automated consignment tracking number and real-time tracking link are dispatched to you via WhatsApp or SMS.
• Delivery Attempts: Courier personnel will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel. A valid, active mobile number is essential for delivery coordination.
• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete shipping details, including flat/house number, building name, street, nearby landmark, and exact 6-digit PIN code. Aura of Aabha cannot be held liable for delayed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned to Pune due to incorrect customer details.
